预备姿势：并步站立。
动作说明：左脚上一步蹬地向前跃出，
两臂依次向上划弧摆起，
右、左脚随即落地成仆步，右掌变拳抱于腰间，左掌下落停于胸前成立掌；目视左掌

Beginning posture: standing in BingBu
Action description: the left foot steps and jumps forward.
The two arms are turning upward,
than the right and left feet land into a PuBu. The right palm changes in fist and hugs his waist, the left palm falls to the chest as an open palm ( lì zhǎng );
Eyes must watch the left palm.
