南拳组合(1) NánQuán ZǔHé
ENG: Nanquan Group of movemets

In this GoM you can find:
1- 骑龙步 插掌 变 握拳 QíLóngBù ChāZhǎng biàn WòQuán (ENG: Riding Dragon Stance + Inserting Palm that change into fists)

2- 转身挂盖拳 ZhuǎnShēn GuàGàiQuán
(ENG: Turn back + Swinging overhead fists)

3- 侧步格挡+弓步冲拳 CèBù GéDǎng + GōngBù ChōngQuán
(ENG: Side step and block + Bow Stance with punching fist)

4- 横钉腿+弓步冲拳HéngDīngTuǐ + GōngBù ChōngQuán
(ENG: Side nail kick + Bow Stance with punching fist)

5- 盖肘 + 鞭拳 + 弹腿虎爪GàiZhǒu + BiānQuán + TánTuǐ HǔZhǎo
(ENG: Elbow blow + Spinning horizontal back fist + Snap Kick with tiger claw)

6- 马步+二龙戏珠 MǎBù + ErLóngXìZhū
(ENG: Hourse stance + Two drangons play with a pearl)

In this GoM you can find the following compulsory movements required in national and international competitions:
– 挂盖拳 GuàGàiQuán ( Swinging overhead fists )
– 横钉腿HéngDīngTuǐ ( Side nail kick )

– 冲拳 ChōngQuán / 鞭拳 BiānQuán ( Punching fist / Spinning horizontal back fist )
– 插掌 ChāZhǎng ( Inserting palm )
– 虎爪HǔZhǎo ( Tiger claw )

In this GoM you can find the following compulsory positions required in national and international competitions:
– 弓步 GōngBù ( Bow stance )
– 马步 MǎBù ( Hourse stance )
