The first “Long Hui” International Wushu Academy “龙汇”国际武术培训基地 was founded in 2016 by WORLD CHAMPION, Zhao Jie, in collaboration with the three times EUROPEAN CHAMPION, Cukon Angelica and is located in the north of China, exactly in YangYuan County.

To expand its international reach, the Italian branch of the “Long Hui” International Wushu Academy “龙汇”国际武术培训基地 was established shortly after in Bergamo City.

However, as with all great journeys, this chapter came to a close, and in 2022, the two founders parted ways. The Chinese branch of “Long Hui” maintained its focus on national wushu athletes, while the other side pursued a broader international outreach, sealing a new partnership with “De Shang” Wushu Training Base “德尚”武术培训基地 in 2023.

“De Shang” Wushu Training Base 德尚武术培训基地 is located in Weiyuan – Sichuan Province (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Weiyuan_County,_Sichuan).

“De Shang” Wushu Training Base 德尚武术培训基地 was founded in 2015 by the former Sichuan Team athlete, 6° Duan teacher and judge, Yin Weice 殷尉策.

A new chapter began in 2025 with the formalization of a second important collaboration with the International Wushu Champions Academy (IWCA) in Chongqing.

The IWCA is co-run by the World Wushu Champion Jia Rui, in partnership with the local government.

2025 also marked an important step forward for us in SANDA. A new door opened on the school of the Asian Sanda Champion, Hu Jianqing, bringing his experience and vision to our community and expanding the path for all athletes.

Nothing stays unchanged, and that is the beauty of it. We have walked a long way already, through different cities, schools and cultures, and we know we still have much further to go.

The future will ask for more, and we will give more.

But the most important thing is not how far we go. It is how we go: with kindness, with humility, doing our best every single day for the wushu community.
