IN THESE DAYS WE WORKED ON A “STEP BY STEP” VIDEO TUTORIAL ABOUT THE FIRST SET of 棍 GUNSHU 术 COMPULSORY ROUTINE.

During the shooting of the video, the techniques and their names were also explained.
