2026 4th Yinghuashan Yanjiaquan Intangible Cultural Heritage Wushu Cultural Exchange Activity — Summer Camp Closing Ceremony

The Closing Ceremony of the 2026 4th Yinghuashan Yanjiaquan Intangible Cultural Heritage Wushu Cultural Exchange Activity (Summer Camp) was successfully held on August 1 at the Deshang Wushu Training Hall in Weiyuan.

This summer camp attracted more than 20 international participants and overseas Chinese athletes from countries and regions including the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Italy.

The event was guided by the Youth Committee of the Sichuan Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, the Education and Science & Technology Committee of the Sichuan Association of European and American Alumni, and the Culture, Sports & Arts Committee of the Sichuan Provincial Working Committee of the China Zhi Gong Party. It was organized by the China Region of the WKF World Kickboxing Federation, undertaken by Sichuan Wubo Times Sports Technology Co., Ltd., and co-organized by the Sichuan Federation of Enterprises of Returned Overseas Chinese.

Mr. Fan Huakun, Executive Vice Chairman of the Youth Committee of the Sichuan Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese and Executive Vice Chairman of the Education and Science & Technology Committee of the Sichuan Association of European and American Alumni; Dr. Yan Dinan, Chairman of the China Region of the WKF World Kickboxing Federation, member of the Culture, Sports & Arts Committee of the Sichuan Provincial Working Committee of the China Zhi Gong Party, and the third-generation lineage holder of Yinghuashan Yanjiaquan; Ms. Fang Ailing, Secretary-General of the Bergamo Wushu Association in Italy; Mr. José Luis González, President of the Mexican Wushu Research Institute; Mr. Yin Weice, Director of the Weiyuan Deshang Wushu Training Hall; Mr. Xiao Yaocai, Deshang Wushu coach; and Mr. Hu Xiong, Operations Director of the China Region of the WKF World Kickboxing Federation, attended the closing ceremony of the “Yinghuashan Yanjiaquan Intangible Cultural Heritage Wushu Cultural Exchange Activity” Canada–USA–Mexico Summer Camp and Italy Overseas Chinese Youth Summer Camp.

The summer camp program of the “2026 4th Yinghuashan Yanjiaquan Intangible Cultural Heritage Wushu Cultural Exchange Activity” was divided into two training groups: the Canada–USA–Mexico Summer Camp and the Italy Overseas Chinese Youth Summer Camp.

Through 15 days of training and instruction, the program aimed to promote Sichuan’s intangible cultural heritage in Wushu, build a bridge for Wushu and cultural exchange among young people in China and abroad, and provide overseas youth with an opportunity to experience the depth and魅力 of traditional Chinese martial arts at close range.

Using Wushu as a bridge, the program sought to tell China’s story, promote people-to-people cultural exchange between China and other countries, and advance the international transmission and preservation of intangible cultural heritage in Wushu.
